Domestic Orders

An item is missing from my shipment.
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Number(s), check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.

How do I return my product?

I received the wrong product.
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

My product is missing parts.

Return Policies

Domestic Orders: Regular priced merchandise may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund (less the cost of shipping) or exchange. Refunds will be made in the same form as the original payment. Items received after the 30 day period will receive store credit.

Sale merchandise is final sale and may not be returned unless the item received is damaged or has been incorrectly shipped.

International Orders: We are unable to accept returns or exchanges. For further information, please contact Customer Care at: orders@thomaspaul.com

Please Note:
- please include a copy of your original invoice (your email confirmation) with your return box and indicate the item(s) you wish to return/exchange along with how you wish us to process your return/exchange. If you will be exchanging, please note the item(s) you would like in exchange.
- products must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
- bedding must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging and condition.
- once your return is received, we will process your request.
- international orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
- items returned after the 30 day period will receive store credit only.
